Abstract Atmosphere - a parallel practice in art and architecture

'Abstract Atmosphere' is a component of the brand 'Abstract Layers' founded in 2009 by Ritika and Kunal Dhavale. Created by the dynamic husband-wife duo, both of whom have a design background with global work experience, abstract atmosphere is all about overlapping layers of unlimited desires, luxury, indulgence, art and identity.

In recent years, connections between art and architecture have become increasingly apparent. Abstract atmosphere takes this as its point of departure in design. Work here attempts to examine the many visual and conceptual principles that unite art and architecture. The design firm strives to blur the boundaries between different forms of art like painting, fashion, sculpture, handicraft, photography and cinema to achieve a dynamic design solution.

At abstract atmosphere we believe an architect must possess the photographer's skill with light; the musician's sense of rhythm; the sculptor's feel for form and mass; the painter's eye for color. We make an effort to design for every sense.
